I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. The owners and the staff were very friendly and warm. Best of all, my class with Lexy Rose was phenomenal. The entire Upswell concept was novel and cool.

I really enjoyed my experience. I saw the building and thought it looked cool so stopped in to check it out. I was welcomed into a community of people who believe in growth through connecting and better health. I would recommend to anyone!

Upswell studio is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The class was the perfect mixture of cardio, strength, and movement. The Normatec on my legs felt amazing, and it's so nice to have recovery tools available. On top of everything, the drinks, food, and company were fabulous. The best wellness membership I have ever purchased!
